Refund and Returns Policy

In order to quality for a full refund, the product must be returned sealed in its original packaging, in the same condition as you received it, and unused. Our refund and return policy lasts for 30-days from the date of purchase. If it extends past that, we can’t offer a full refund.

Returns

Our return policy lasts for 30-days from the date of purchase.

When returning the product, please return it in the original packaging. If the proper packaging is not used, the product may be susceptible to damages and wear during transportation.

In order to return your product, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

You will also be responsible for covering return shipping costs, so you may either hire a freight service to arrange shipping, or contact us for assistance in returning the product. Please do not send it back to the manufacturer, or you may be ineligible for a refund since we would not receive the product.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received the return, and whether or not you have been approved of the refund.

Refunds

Our refund policy lasts for 30-days from the date of purchase. After receiving your return, we will inspect the chair, and notify you whether or not your refund has been approved. Once approved, your refund will be automatically processed.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds can be granted. Those include:

  • Obvious signs of use and wear.
  • Any form of damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • A return more than 30 days after date of purchase.

If it is returned without the original packaging, a 15% restocking fee of the original price will be charged.

If the product is returned with damages or blemished not due to our error, a 30% fee of the original price will be charged in order to cover repair costs.

If there are any missing accessories upon return, you will be charged accordingly for the missing items if it was not due to our error.

We will only issue refunds after the chair has been thoroughly inspected for damages and blemishes. If there are any issues that were not due to our error, we will send proof through photos, and charge the fees for any of the situations it applies to above.
